Unintentional detunes on piano roll while using VST Plugins

I am using a DSK Sax plugin and i have a melody which repeats itself twice with a variation in one roll. Problem is either at the last note of the first part or at the last note of the second part the note plays nice but at the end it detunes for a short time and it ruins everything and i have checked if i did some automation by mistake and no i didn't. Do anyone have an idea of what the problem might be?

That is odd..
Lets first exclude any issue from the vst
click on the cogwheel and choose "Clone-this-track"

Then drag a native trippleOSC into the copy, and solo that instrument
Now play
Is the detune artefact still there?
