Vestige Missing

So I am fairly new to using LMMS but I have the understanding that I need to use vestige in order to use my own downloaded plugins instead of the preset plugins. My problem is that the Vestige plugin is nowhere to be found in the plugin menu or anywhere else.

I've tried re-downloading the LMMS application on my laptop but I still run into the same problem.

Any suggestions?

Unless you are using MAC, that does not support Vestige, then we will solve this

* lmms version
* lmms sound device chosen
