i cant add my own music file to sample tracks please fix....

please help i cant add or import my .wav file and any other music file
format to sample track.....

if i not wrong sample tracks is use to add
music file to the project right? but i cant addd my music file please fix
it i want to learn how to edit music but i want to use my own music file

thank you so much for replying this but i already have the .wav or the other audio format that are correct like .ogg and other but still i cant add it to a sample tracks it went error every time i add it
like this as you can see it just like a tiny bit of line in front of the sample tracks if you zoomed in thank you everyone for helping me
