Clicking Noise When Automation Starts

Sometimes, whenever I have several automation tracks starting at the same time, it will create an interruption in the sound resembling a click or a blip during playback. However, if I play the section with this problem several times, it usually disappears.

Despite this, it does not seem to disappear when exporting, even after I tried exporting the project several times to wav.

Is there a way to fix this? I've had enough of this annoying quirk.

That is a strange issue. I have never seen or heard of that before.
My loose guess is that you somehow enters the automation, in a wave-shape-position, where the dB-value is different from 0.
This can be illustrated like :

Only in the proximity of the purple points, will it be safe to enter the waveform.
If that fact is relevant for your issue, and solves it, then all fine :p -If not we need to see either the project in question, or a demo-project, that has this quirk
