CPU Overloading Problem

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
For some reason, my LMMS has been overloading way too much. Like legit I am so close to bashing my computer screen man. Like it is taking away the fun of making music when I can't even add all the instruments I want. The program is running so slow with the VSTs I'm putting in and I legit have what I think are good specs. I legit don't understand what is wrong. I can legit run a high-end MMO game but I can run LMMS with the VST plugins I want to? I legit am afraid of even running the presets either. Like I'm so close to quitting music this is way too frustrating for me please help me out. Here are my specs:

Fine specs. Nothing there.
Witch make me believe that you have either:
1) Embedding of VST selected
2) Keep effects running selected
..or both
You find these settings in
Edit|Settings /General
If enabled Try and disable
Let us know the outcome :)

Besides that, since you are new in Forum

Yes -if you have those default ON, try to set one OFF
Start setting "Keep effects running...." to OFF shut lmms down, and reopen and observe the result

Reading this makes me wonder if you ever clean the inside of the pc, take the dust out ?

Word of caution, doing it wrong can damage your hardware. Never for example put a vacuum cleaner in direct contact with any computer parts. Don't let the fans spin during cleaning, that will probably kill them.

Best is to use a can of compressed air but again don't make the fans spin.

Every 3-4 month I do clean the inside of my pc, but I build this pc my self, so I know what I am doing.
