Slicex alternative in LMMS?

Does anybody know if there is a slicex alternative in LMMS, so that a sample can be chopped and configured to a note in MIDI?
I want to do what Kygo is doing here in this video from 1:29 to 2:30:

If there was a way to make a "sample instrument" like above it would be great or even some kind of workaround for this. Even any free VST that you know would be great.

There are several 'slicers' in VST, but no one has the sampler-feature that you are looking for.
We seriously need a good reliable Sampler in lmms! Atm only Shortcircuit2 works, but it crashes now and then :/
On Linux Linux-sampler works fine afaik

Anyone knows any good sampler for lmms?!?!
The holy grael would be a re-sampler

Thanks a lot for replying! Unfortunately I'm on a windows machine, but I'll look into Shortcircuit.
