Alright I am kind of getting annoyed now your last advice was very helpful and it worked! But now I’m back because there is no sound I can’t hear anything and there is no error message telling me why how can I fix this?

No idea..
You could have pushed the main sound down to 0 on the Master channel? -Either in mixer or on the main UI.

Thanks for trying muski but sadly it did not work I don't know what happened youtube and other apps have sound so I know it is not my computer but your vsts and my vsts and beat/baseline did not work but when I export my odl songs they export with sound this is very strange any other ideas?

Aha- So i fact your lost sound is in one specific project -right?
Try this
Shut lmms down
Open lmms and the problem project
! Don NOT press play!
Select this setting >> in transport option
Point mouse at playhead, and drag it into a position half-way of project. It should park there.
Press play
Do you have sound there?
Then the reason is a flawed FX-effect in the beginning of the project!
