LMMS crash with Calf Envelope Filter LADSPA

Hi,

To reproduce:
1. Put few notes in TripleOscillator track.
2. Add "Calf Envelope Filter LADSPA" effect.
3. Open it and turn on "Sidechain" button.
4. Play track, or play any note.

Result: LMMS crashes.

The bug is similar with any other instruments.

Windows 10 Famille
AMD A10-8700P Radeon R6, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G 1.80 GHz
RAM: 8.00 Go

Autosave: disabled

That also happens in 1.2.1+ so that is a genuine crash-bug! Thank you for reporting!
