Oy! You can use a free program that many of us use, called audacity for that. There is a portable version of audacity too.

Yes that is possible. You need to manually copy the sample, to achieve the wanted length (..1 hour!? -Same 30 secds... Who do you want to drive insane.. :)
The only thing you need to work on, is to get a seamless continuous gabfree end-result. That is know as looping the sample, and LMMS can do that as good as any looper-software. Looper tutorial:

Yes that is possible. You need to manually copy the sample, to achieve the wanted length (..1 hour!? -Same 30 secds... Who do you want to drive insane..
The only thing you need to work on, is to get a seamless continuous gabfree end-result. That is know as looping the sample, and LMMS can do that as good as any looper-software. Looper tutorial:
