copy wont paste in the beat editor in lmms 1.3.0

in lmms 1.3.0 if i click a instrument track in the beat and bassline editor an click copy and then try to paste it on another beat or even the same beat nothing will happen
i hope someone can help me or tell me if i have something in the settings that allows this but i have triedd everything
at this point i have to just use the ghost notes

If you want to copy the pattern You need to right-click on one of the tablets, and from the context-menu then chose copy.
Point at a tablet in a different track rightclick and chose paste
OR
click on the cogwheel, and choose clone. With this method, you also get a copy of the instrument
If any of these fails in 1.3, then it is a bug
