The VST Plugin could Not be Loaded

When I move my VST that I'm using for a song to a different folder, such as moving it from the music folder (The original location) to my desktop/desktop folder (For example), I get this message.
" The following errors occurred while loading:
The VST plugin ___________ could not be loaded "
Is there a way to sync the VST with LMMS or something to fix it? Advice?

No sync options, Advice: dont move folders or components

What if my computer doesn't work anymore, but I have my projects backed-up in a flash drive, including the VSTs (Such as Snyth1, etc...) to go with the project. Then paste the back-up files onto a new computer, will it still work or no?

Yes, except all VSTs that are
installed, would have to be reinstalled on the new pc, but the presets will work
