lmms files not saving to BTRFS filesystem opensuse tumble...

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
:!: lmms files not saving to BTRFS filesystem opensuse tumbleweed kde :!:
when saveing the prodgect, it will apear to save but after a reboot the files are gon, only a recover.mmp is left
if anyone else has the problem, let me know, I have gotten lmms files so save preveously on the same computer and same os before I reinstalled.
it is highly likely that lmms is just corrupt but the files can however save to a fat 32 and an ext4 filesystem.

The way i read this, is that you have a new issue after you have reinstalled your OS?
Before you reinstalled, LMMS could save on your pc.
That point at some setting in the new installation, perhaps some advanced security setting?
I need to know lmms version, and the site where you got it from?
I am using tumbleweed too, but not BRTFS, I am using ext4.
Nice to see another openSUSE user. :)

I wonder what the problem can be.

Maybe ask here ?

Are you using LMMS from the official repositories ?

You could try the appimage version form here, to see if the problem has to do with your install.

https://lmms.io/download#linux ( the blue square version 1.2.2 )

Both versions work fine for me. The appimage version and the one from our official repositories.

Download the appimage file, set rights so its executable, double click the file to start LMMS.

He is using openSUSE tumbleweed like me, but he is using a different file system format, BRTFS, instead of EXT4.

BRTFS is the default file system when you install openSUSE, but during install you can choose another one like ext 4.
