Question about: phrasing super precisely

Hi there!

If I want to phrase my material super precisely, I can't even though I'm using CTRL and zoom in to 1600%.
Anybody got advice what I else I could do?

Best,

~Lien

Change the "Q" value to 1/192. That will let you fine-tune the timing.

Try entering the Piano Roll by double clicking the fragment, then add tiny silence in the beginning (change quantisation, select everything and move it to the right).

If you're talking about waveforms (AudioFileProcessor), you can add very precise silence in Audacity.

Oh, in song editor! Left-click and hold the segment, hold the Ctrl key or the Alt key, and drag it. It won't snap.

Hey no that I do already, it's in the piano roll where I have to be I believe. But thanks anyway

You can do the same in Piano-roll.
Mark the notes and drag+ALT, then there is no snapping at all
