Can't find pitch (or key?) of song I'm remixing

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
Hello!

I'm trying to make a remix of End of Line by Daft Punk, and I can't tell what the pitch is for the notes (or is it key? the way the notes sound when you move the green square above the piano keys in LMMS?)

I feel like a total noob, but could someone tell me what pitch or key the song is at? (I think I'm getting them mixed up, please tell me the difference)

It's not on soundcloud for free, so here's a link to a remix that has the same pitch or key-> https://soundcloud.com/sir-ridley/daft- ... dley-remix

Thanks for taking your time! :D

I have a whole bunch of video-tuts on the subject

i will try to find your scale and key later, if someone dont beat me to the pot :p

------------------
its the simplest of all scale and key: Am (A minor == only white keys and complementary to Cmaj) And i believe it suspend b, so It will also go with Gm. but Am is correct
Thanks for making that tutorial! It was very informative!

Are you sure it's A Minor? I played the lead notes at that key and it just doesn't sound right. Could you look at my file and see if I'm doing anything wrong?

I hear nothing wrong at all -Good instruments btw!
You have a single bass f# note, tyhat does not belong to scale Am, but its a note on least beat, and a '1/16', it really does not matter.
I think it sounds fine :)

Ah, thanks for pointing that out!
