who stole vestige ?

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
I am on openSUSE 12.3 64bit

I know 100% sure I used vst plugins before.

If I understand my problem right, vestige is missing.

0.4.15 installed from packman repo.

I thought I was loosing my mind, used google, rtfm.

And then I noticed some thing.

When I click left side of the screen, instrument plugins
I see a list,
Audiofile processor
bitinvader
to name two, but no vestige. :?
Look at missing presets topic , i miss mallets,freeboy,patman,sf2 player, sid, singerbot and vestige. :(

Ty I will, but I do have besides vestige, the ones you mention.

At-least I am not the only one with this problem, which rules out the problem is at my side.
maybe you also can try adding this PPA: ppa:dns/sound https://launchpad.net/~dns/+archive/sound

ppa don't work on openSUSE,

ppa is just for ubuntu.

Will have a look though at that solution though.

I hope I wont confuse people, but if its a Linux solution it will work for openSUSE too.
If its an Ubuntu fix it most likely wont.
I just checked I already have the latest version of lmms.
I think the problem is with lmms, Not with openSUSE or Ubuntu.
Perhaps you dont have the VeSTige dependency installed ... wine-dev , therefore the plugin wont build.
I agree with mikobuntu. Try installing wine!

And since ppa don´t work on OpenSuse I guess this is pointless. http://tresdev.blogspot.no/2013/02/ubun ... t.html?m=1

I checked there is no kstuidio for openSUSE.

Already have wine installed, and just installed wine devel.

Is there a list or tutorial on how to install wine ?
I might miss stuff or do I need need the 32 bit wine?

Edit wine 32 bit is installed too, just installed the wine 32 bit devel.
I emailed packman

This webpage has packages for openSUSE, Arch and fedora.

From this webpage I installed allot of stuff, and also wine and LMMS.

Maybe they have a clue on what is wrong.
