Annoying effect...

I'm new on lmms and i've started to play with it. But i've just got a big problem. I was trying to put samples but a annoying effect appears on every instruments. So i ask if someone could help me to resolve this boring situation...

* lmms vers
* hardware specification (ram & soundcard is the most imortant)
* lmms sound device chosen
* if any -screenshots of error
* if relevant, demo mmp
* perhaps a sound-file

Ok thanks i'm under windows 8.1 SP1 with lmms 1.1.3. I've got 4gb ram (for advanced specs i've got an ASUS TP300L). I use windows direct sound. There is no error but every sound i make is affected by a boring effect slow and satured. Give me an email then i could send you files.

I'm sorry i fixed the problem it was with the sound device, i'm now with sdl thanks a lot
