Arpeggio length

I am having trouble with the triple oscillator arpeggio, it works fine but I get a double hit on the second and following loops, by a double hit I mean the root note plays more than once, or percentage of the root note. I have tried to stretch the arpeggio, and compress it to no avail. The arpeggio ios a 12 note blues type, one would think that a 12 note arpeggio would fit in 3 measures quite nicely, but it doesn't. any ideas?
I just checked the arpeggio function to see if I could figure out what's going on.

For example, If the chord type you're using has only 3 notes and you have a 4/4 measure, it's going to restart on the 1st note of the arpeggio as the last quarter note of the measure. I did this with by right clicking the time dial on the arpeggio function and syncing to a quarter note. If you were to put arpeggiated whole notes back to back, then yes - you're going to get repeats of the starting note in the sequence using something like a basic single octave Major chord. That would be considered normal and seems to be the expected behavior.

I also tested this with the blues chord setting and a range of two octaves and three measures of 4/4, with time synced to quarter note. Seems the timing works fine for that interval w/o repeats.

Perhaps the chord you picked for the arpeggio doesn't have a full 12 notes to it. The up, down, up-down, and random direction settings will also affect your note orders. Are you using the right-click menu on the time dial to synch for a note duration?
