Here is a recent article containing classical music, composed not by humans, but by recurrent neural networks. It raises some important questions about musical creativity and what it means to be an electronic musician.

I used to think that music was a human invention, and that only humans could enjoy music. I was of course wrong, because some non-human animals have musical abilities as well. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zoomusicology But it seems that we soon may have another non-human entity that qualifies for possessing musical creativity. That entity isn't exactly new, just an upgraded and advanced version of the device you are using to read this post. We write the musicians who write the music.

So in the near future, as the border between human and machine continue to blur and fade, the question

Do you think using presets is "cheating"? (viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1597)

will become less relevant. Much more relevant will be the question:

Who, or what, composed this that I am hearing?

Wooah! Interesting read.
Gonna read the full article.
This might take a while. :D
ohh this has been on for decades. It is also known as procedural-music-composing.
Even 'poetry' has been focused procedurally
Thats not shakespeare'ish, and i doubt the music will be mozart'ish :p
