Bouncy and catchy piano chords, and everything is in key!
Nicely done.
Thank you.
Well I believe you hit a gold mine of what House should be like :D
I am already looking into sites were people can buy it.

From a commercial point of view I should prob. not have put it on streamcloud first then.
But I never started making music for the money.

I also know for years, that writing a hit is one thing, getting into the charts is another story.

I have heard trance music from musicbear, which at least in my mind, could be in the charts too.
There are of course more LMMS examples, but this one just popped into my mind while I was typing this.

if garrex can get a hit...
I found an nice site, which tells most or maybe all options we have:

http://www.labnol.org/internet/sell-music-online/13403/

I think I like this one:

https://loudr.fm/

No cost upfront, they take 15%

And you can even upload covers.
[joking] Let me start by saying, its off course not possible mucicbear was right :P

Serious though:
Very happy with my track our house music, I still had this nagging feeling something was missing.

Musicbear suggested at one moment, to add a pad with side chaining. Then started to wonder if this was right, because I was after a certain old school house style.
Although I have not added side chaining, I have added a pad.

I think that was missing, I already had a pad, but its a choir sound.

Now lets see what side chaining does, or if I will just leave it, as it is now.

While working on The party - Kraze, it suddenly came to me. The part I love most about that song has a string / pad backing up the melody.
Will prob upload it soon, but not yet. First tomorrow or so, have another critical listen, and compare with previous version.
Nice to see you're still working on this music track.

Choir sound? Cool.

Cool. As soon as you upload it, we'll be happy to listen to it and see how it goes from there.
Yep choir sound was already there, quite soft though.

yop thats what pads are, but open your zasfx folder, and you have a number of pads
(think thers some in collections too)
But the thing is - It is not meant to sound as a pad in house :P
I bet you have heard the housepad sound, it is a bass!
You sidechain with kick, so it dips when the kick uses the frequencies, and then the pad comes through as a pumping driving bass!

If you listen to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dp9Wj2fFEtw
then the difference is heard from 1:05 where the pad plays normally, but at 1:20 it goes sidechained, and make that pumping
After watching that vid again, I find this way of side changing very interesting.
( For those who do not get this, the volume of the pad, is lowered by an automation track.
There is a topic were musicbear talks about this way, but I can't recall what topic that was.

My pads are quite soft though, that might cause issues, but we will see.
Using the sidechain way, described in previous post, works rather well.

Too bad it all disappears, because of the piano sound.

As often two steps forward one step back. :P
Latest version, it has a tad of sidechain effect, but there is no real sidechaining in it.

Been equalizing a lot, I think this one is much better mixed.

The old version is still there too, so you guys can compare.
Added a vibrato string and delete another sound. Changed some of the choir parts form aaaahhh aaahhhhh to ah ah ah ah
I think I am done :)
