Any advice or recommendation to create sounds and melodies Powerful using either the TripleOxcillator, Kiker, Zynaddsubfx or some plugins?

There is alot that can be said here.
But using some of Lmms' built in effects like:
Calf Reverb

Tap Chorus flanger

The Equalizer plugins

Calf Vintage Delay

and Echo plugins etc
can help and sometimes make, synth sounds, sound much more powerful and way more cooler.
