Oh well, thanks. Actually I don't like to repeat myself, unless I'm out of ideas, but I don't get really encitement from something that I've already done, unless I really liked the same style I used. For example once my song "Doubtless" reached the top 1 in NumberOneMusic.com site years ago... but it was a really lame track, I was surprised many people liked and faved it... and that's a track only in its genre (I don't think I've done anything like it then on).
Also thanks again for your suggestion, I've added a brief description of the tracks in the music page.
It loses some "mistery" feeling, but... I must admit that those are not like images and it's more comprehensible this way.
:edit:
another excuse why I can't post song to soundcloud, kiwi6 or similar is copyright violations according to major labels (of my @ss). I uploaded one of my track "Cheaptune", that was a cover song, but they got it censored because lawyers must have their money, you know.
I dont really understand what you mean on the whole censorship part. are you saying you uploaded a song, and it got censored? if its not a direct copy, it shouldnt have been taken down (unless you used vocals that were from the orig, if there were any, and used without consent.), and should speak to who ever took it down, if it was a direct copy of the original, your not ok. doesnt matter if its on souncloud etc or not, it can still be censored.
Lol, if you ever listen to Tourette's by Nirvana and my piece, "Cheaptune", you will surely know there are billions of differences. The fact is that I've uploaded my track Cheaptune to kiwi6.com once, and after a while I received a notify by kiwi6 staff telling me that it was copyrighted material, only because the original title I used was : Nintentourette.
Case 1: they don't get the joke cause they're dumb
Case 2: Kurt Cobain is still alive and blocked my song at kiwi6.
I explain it better: I uploaded my cover song (totally original, totally different), Geffen lawyers saw it (or I got reported, I don't know) and asked Kiwi6.com to take it down. Then I received a message from Kiwi6 saying that my song was violating copyrights. That's why I use my site to host my songs, I don't get money for my free music so why does lawyers even bother? (sarcasm: I should probably learn from them how to make money out dead musicians).
Anyway, I don't trust "cloud" sites anymore, that's why my soundcloud account is full of protest cacophonies as protest against extreme monetization of music.
If people trust my site, it's ok and they get free mp3 of original, independent and unique music, without messing with lots of useless java junk.
If not, oh well, they're missing something. Probably trust.
