Need help with first song in LMMS (Dubstep)

Alright since this my first post let me preface this: I am VERY new at this and still learning the fine workings of LMMS. I got a pretty good handle on structure and instruments, but the tuning throws me for a loop. Here is the progress of a song Ive been working on for a couple days. Heads up, its rough, but Im here to learn. Im a massive dubstep fan so I figured Id start there (Probably not a good idea )

Anyway, let me know how you think I can improve the "tick" noises and volume control. Any advice is appreciated

Mainly if there is a guide to an equalizer FX or Triple oscillator guide that would be handy if someone can point me in the right direction. Sort of a triple oscillator for dummies if you will
