A Simple way to transpose a MIDI track?

Is there a simple way to transpose a single MIDI track one octave up?
I tried many things (in partucular on the piano roll) with no great success...
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

have u tried ctrl arrow key up? It works for most piano roll plugins
