I'm stuck and I don't know where to take this next

I have been working on a jazz composition and I don't know where to go with it next. It has the smooth jazz flow but I'm stumped on what to do next. Also, DSK_Sax switched from Tenor to Suprano for some reason.

What to do next? Classically, repeat the sax riff with variations and chorus, add drums, bass and piano solos...

Can't help you with DSK Sax, but you can find very nice brass sounds in the "timbers of heaven" sf2 file (google it and you will find it), and also a fine "jazz kit" for the drums here: http://www.freesoundvault.com/sounds/misc_percussion/

It could just be me being stupid, but it sounds a bit out of key.
Idk anything about music theory though so i wouldn't know.
