Are there any VST plugins working under LMMS?

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
Hi all!
I found some amazingly sounding plugins, they are called Manipulator. Is it even possible to add them or use them under Windows LMMS?
I tried several of them like Arturia V or Esfera but nothing works.
How generally are you dealing with VST? Can you recommend me any pads VST working under LMMS? Should I switch to Linux' LMMS? Are there more possibilities to experiment with external plugins?
Thank you very much for any help, I am totally new here.
There are lots. Try https://lmms.io/wiki/index.php?title=Tested_VSTs and also check the section at the bottom showing VSTs that have been specifically tested and shown NOT to work.

There are quite a few others that will work but unfortunately plenty that will not. There is not much you can do but test the ones you're interested in.

I tried .. but nothing works.
What does 'not work' exactly? Can you be more specific?
How generally are you dealing with VST?

Emediately i think zynaddsubfx (zasfx). Have you tried those included in lmms?
You may like to improve them like:

Should I switch to Linux' LMMS? Are there more possibilities to experiment with external plugins?
No, except for the CALF plugin, where it should be possible to get an enhanced UI, but afaik, not one single lmms user has been able to
I am totally new here.
Perhaps my LMMS rookie-guide can interest you? Link in signature.
www.vst4free.com will make you happy !

Before using VSTs in a project, you can test them.

Yeah! I am already digging there! Great website!
I am looking for synths like that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jbDyJMAM4Ec
On the tutorial, they are made in Serum. I am trying to re-create it in ZynAddSubFX but It's quite hard without the specific tutorial and with my 1-month-skills.

Check out a free vst called Synth 1. :)
It works really well, for Lmms Windows.

Also, on this forum, we have quite alot, of synth sound making tuts, in the Tutorials section.
Made by many Lmms users and contributors.
Some of these tuts, are for ZynAddSubFX, Synth 1 and for Lmms' internal synth plugins.
eg. Bit Invader, Nescaline, Freeboy etc.

Enjoy. :D

Thanks guys for your help!
I think that many of my problems were related to using version 64 bit for 32 Windows. Older VST (not from 2017) are working fine for me.

In free, I doubt that you find VSTi like Serum.

It works for LMMS Linux x86 as well. And it is not a bad synth indeed.
