Well, here's some things that will be included in LMMS 1.1:
- 3 new instruments: a wavetable synth, a nintendo emulator, and a 3-oscillator modulation matrix synth
- Improvements to older instruments:
-- completely refurbished Kicker (making it much more powerful and versatile)
-- improvements to organic: possibility to adjust the harmonic number of each osc, fixed inaudible oscillators
-- LB302: fixed playback issues, bandlimited waveforms
-- Vestige: more accurate note timing
- Automation recording: possibility to record automations live, either with MIDI controllers or tweaking the GUI knobs with the mouse (it's even possible to record from LFO or Peak controllers)
- Improved theming capabilities: song editor, automation editor and piano roll are all fully themable
- New FX mixer: you can now route FX channels to other FX channels and thus create complex and interesting effects
- Undo/redo support
- Updated, latest version of ZynAddSubFX
- Many smaller UI improvements in piano roll, automation editor etc.
LMMS 1.1 is aimed to be released by the end of this month, if all goes well.
