Audio Streching and Fitting to the tempo

Questions about producing? Ask them here.
why lmms dont have audio stretching? it would be awesome if lmms have. i think its useful for making remix in lmms. so we dont have to use third party software to increase or decrease the audio tempo.

Hi,

Can I throw something in the mix here? This is something I'm facing at the moment.

I have two samples both recorded from VDJ and both set to 120 BPM. They mix perfectly in VDJ but when added into LMMS as sample tracks, they don't go together. The BPM is set to 120 in LMMS.

There must be a way to get these in time within LMMS...otherwise the sample track is a pretty pointless tool?
I'm not being negative when I say that. LMMS is actually a brilliant program!

Thanks.

Odd - can you zip the 2 samples, upload them and either im me the link, ot just post it here for everyone
I guess with DJ mixing software you can nudge them into sync!

I'll send you the two files, thanks.

Could you go into more detail, on what you mean by this?
And are you using the lmms plugin, called Audio File Processor?
