How do you add new effects to LMMS?

I added effects (dll files), in the folder LMMS\plugins . When I open LMMS ->(instruments) "Add effect" (The new effect was not added to that list). Downloaded from this link vstplanet.com/Effects/
. When I cilck these files from my computer on LMMS's sidebar, their menu appears but they don't work with the instrument.

DLL-files ? You mean VSTs-Effects -correct?
That is not the correct folder. Read about how to use VST-effects here:

Hi,

First, if you haven't restarted LMMS, do that.
Maybe restarting you computer will work.

I think there also are some plug-ins that don't work in LMMS.
