LMMS Auto Changes Volume

I have been working on a song and I have noticed that when more layers are added in, other layers decrease in volume at a random amount. There is an automation layer added but this change does not match the layer. Is there some sort of auto balancing I can turn off? Am I the only one experiencing this problem?

Sorry if this is a basic question, I have just started creating with LMMS and still trying to learn.

That sounds like you are over-powering one or several tracks. If you have very dominating instruments, you can have loudness-loss on other channels.
This will happen especially, if you do not give every instrument its own Bus in Mixer! (Have you?)
There may be other things happening, but without seeing the project, i cant say.

Thank you very much for your response! I do not fully understand what you mean by a Bus in Mixer. I added the different layers to their own channel on the FX Mixer, and that did not seem to resolve the problem. Thank you very much for welcoming me to the group!

Edit: I seem to have an issue with Instrument Tracks being used in the FX Mixer. The beat track works and files that I have imported as .Wavs work in the mixer just not Instrument Tracks
