Arturia Minilab Mk II

Linux Mint 19.3 Cinnamon 4.4.6
5.0.0-37-generic kernel
This worked out of the box - full control over encoders, pads, keys (pressure sensitive), pitch and bend modulators.

I was quite surprised as many reports online highlighted difficulties people had encountered, but maybe the latest firmware has solved this.

Korg micro keys 25 bought on Amazon. It works well with Xubuntu 18.04.
I use lmms Appimage 1.2.1, vmpk. The sound system is Alsa, not jack.
The pitch (joystick), sustain, arpegiator work fine.

Can anyone vouch for the Nektar GX61 on Linux?
Midistart Music 25 works with Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 + LMMS 1.2.1 using WinMM MIDI, and also Debian Sid, kernel 4.9.0, LMMS 1.2.1 installed with APT, using ALSA Sequencer.
Korg NanoKontrol 2 also works on the Linux described above.

Thank you to both of you!

I can confirm that the Nektar Impact GX61 works with LMMS on the two setups I tried:
  • Debian sid/testing with the 64-bit 5.2 realtime kernel running ALSA as the backend on a Ryzen 3800X/Asus X570 home-build. As a side note, I haven't had luck getting JACK fully set up on this system yet, but that isn't an LMMS issue. The 5.4 RT kernel also seems to have some issues with sound generally, but that also isn't an LMMS issue.
  • PCLinuxOS 2000, fully updated with 5.4 x86_64 kernel on a Lenovo Ideapad Z580; ALSA is also the backend on this machine.
Pitch bend and LFO mod wheels both work as do the octave, transpose and setup functions. The playback and record functions on the console do not, but the documentation also suggests specific drivers and DAWs are needed for this functionality in Windows anyhow. I wouldn't know for sure, I don't do anything creative in Windows and so haven't bothered installing. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
