Ability to add decimals to BPM up to any decimal place like 123.456 or 157.079632679
Ability to let BPM exceed 999
Ability to make samples hit a certain tempo (like turning samples from 170 to 200 or something like that)
1. Suggested before
2. Don't recall seeing it specifically asked for but I believe it's an informal milestone. Thanks for mentioning.
3. Kinda advanced, extends into less of music-ing and more of audio editing itself. May have been mentioned, but unlikely given it's out of its depth. Good idea.

Doublet.
Ability to let BPM exceed 999
What are your musically based reasoning for that?
300+ is unbearable and can trick headache and some other body reactions. I see no reason at all for 1000 BPM+ in music.

You need to use a wave-editor. Dark Audacity is a good choice
But can 3rd be implemented later when LMMS can record and process samples?
Possible in theory. problem is, this is AT the moment so vague and hard-to-achieve that we cannot register a feature request for it yet. However, when LMMS has stronger audio capabilities and a functioning audio-edit then this can be added.
Also, musikbear, maybe >300 bpm by itself can give a headache, but it allows for higher precision. Nobody actually throws in >5 beats a second ITSELF, nobody's going to want huge bpm just for that.
