What the hell happened to the RAND button?!

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
As recently as just a few months ago, I would enjoy killing time by messing around in LMMS just repeatedly clicking RAND on various synths and saving the settings for various sounds/tones that I found interesting. I'd use this data to find common trends between the randomized tones that I liked the most, which made it a lot easier to figure out which setting contributed to which sound qualities. However, like I said, this was a couple of months ago, and I was running LMMS on my desktop. For a while, I didn't have much time to screw around making music, but once I started having more free time, I decided to install LMMS on my laptop and get back to messing around with the synths, but the problem is now I can't seem to find anything resembling the RAND button. So what the hell happened? Was it removed for some reason in a recent update? Am I just blind or stupid? I have no idea what to think and it's kinda frustrating me. So does anybody know what I'm talking about? Is there some other way to get the same effect without the button? Or could anybody tell where I might find the damned thing?
Any sort of advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
But regardless of whether or not anybody helps me solve this little issue, I greatly appreciate anybody who takes the time to read this and so much as attempts to help me out.
Only Organic and sfxr have rand buttons. None of the other instruments have ever had the randomize button. Check them out.
