Add Mod Wheel to VesTige window next to Pitch

Hi,

There is a similar request that was closed (see below), but I am adding this because currently it depends on the VST and
few VSTs have a Mod Wheel knob in the wrench section

If the Mod Wheel was next to the to the Pitch in the front of Vestige then you could automate and play back Mod Wheel movements for all VSTs

Sorry to bump this, but maybe someone who understands this,could reply in case I'm missing something obvious.

Also, can the issue below be re-opened? because while you can record mod wheel movements, you can't play them back, unless the VSTi has a "mod wheel" knob in the wrench section, most VST's don't have this
