No idea on how to do it in LMMS.

There are a lot going on, but it would be possible to recreate in any DAW, also LMMS.
*) You need a top-notch vocal-sample!
*) they use a slight autotune (the "Cher effect") between samples each with harmonic pitch
*) they have massive delays, and the resulting output is pitched
To do that in lmms, you need to make harmonic pitched versions of the orr voice-sample, and then fit those in at suitable timed positions. -Eg The delays between samples, but each also need to be autotune slided to the next..
Doable, but workload is massive!
