Peak in Loudness after Releasing Note?

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
Hey, not sure if this can be dealt with using some kind of effect but I thought I'd ask - what can you do to remove ambient sounds that appear after releasing notes?

I'm experimenting with SFZ files (Metal GTX) loaded in Sforzando with couple different amplifiers, a cabinet impulse loader, LMMS's 'exciter', EQ and a compressor 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 .

For some reason it has a sharp rise in volume after each note is released. Not sure why though.

Thanks for any infos and for your time!

That is odd. I cant see that is should be caused by LMMS. What i would do in that case, is to disable all inserted effects, and then add them back one by one and see where this oddness occur. when the effect-plugin that is responsible is identified, i would work with the release of that effect, and attempt to find a setting where the positive effect is best preserved, without this unwanted artefact

Besides that, since you are new in Forum
