Trouble Achieving Clear Sound in Home Music Studio

I've been working on some music projects lately, experimenting with different genres and trying to create a unique sound. Frequency cutting maybe.

You use an eq, to temper some frequencies of certain instruments to create more room for others.

Different panning of instruments can also help.

You need to use a spectrum analyzer to see what frequencies you need to lower.

Great clean output needs work with Equalizers and various types of effects, like reverb, compressors and filters.
Making you own unique sound even more so
You also need an understanding of how waveshapes make for more or less aggressive expressions in sound-synthesis.
