Trouble exporting the audio track

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
Hello everyone! I'm working on a techno song using voices from a movie; unfortunately, when I export my project in WAV or MP3 format, the samples I've cut within the program get altered, even though they remain as I placed them in the project. Has anyone experienced the same issue and can help me? P.S. Sorry for the English; I'm not a native English speaker ;)

Can you explain "cut within the program"? LMMS has no audio-editing features, so that confuse me
I would also like to know what version of LMMS that you have installed
It is written in the project tittlebar and also in About, where you can copy-paste the version.
How are the samples 'altered'?
Finally a fix/ hack for rescuing your work. You can use a sound-editing program like Audacity and simply direct record the playback of a project, that works just as good as exporting
Okay, first of all, thank you very much. Yes, I roughly cut the samples in Audacity, then export them to LMMS. In LMMS, I use a feature available for each sound to determine the start and end points of the sound to refine the sample. This is what I mean by "cutting within the program." When I cut the sample and then listen to the song, the result is correct, but after exporting it, the song doesn't match how it sounds in the LMMS project. I hope I've explained myself. The version I'm using is LMMS 1.2.2.
