i want to be able to start my samples at a specific point and pitch it to the correct key

Sorry you cant do that.
Pitching has to be done in a different app. Audacity is used by a
lot.
You can start your sample at any point if you use AudioFileProcessor.
If you use SampleTrack you need to rebuild the sample in audacity, because SampleTracks play the complete sample as it is.
