All clips in a project can be moved up or down-stream in song-editor with resp SH+Ins and SH+Del, so in your case place playhead a 0.0 and press SH+Del. That will move all clips one bar to the left.
Why it happened....?
Do you own a cat....😺
I own a cat. Every night she sits on my PC, but I was not in my house.
It happened again, it just resets when i close and reopen the project, the top ''bar meter'' is off and the grey and black markings are in the right place. It just plays delayed now and @musikbear your suggestions didn't help.
