1-click Midi setup for tracks

As it stands, you need to click cog->input->keyboard, then cog->output->keyboard manually, and when you need to switch your Midi keyboard to a different track you have to unselect it and then select the new one.

What if there was a toggle for a 1-click selecting your Midi keyboard on tracks in the song-editor? Turn on the setting in Midi-settings, and you could select your default input and output device there!

So this is a duplicate enhancement.
The one showstopper when it comes to midi-connections is that it has to work with the 3 OS we support and with any HW MIDI-KB, that is often a problem.
