I've been messing about with zasfx for a bit, and I finally managed to find the envelope control.
I adjusted the attack time to ~15, and now everything is fine. Woo!

It sounds a bit different since I took the attack time so far, but I think I like it better this way anyway.

I still don't understand why this would only happen on export, or why it only happened at the beginning of the song, but what matters is that it sounds a lot better.

I cant explain the export thing either, but great that you have it fixed, but there is one more rather important thing you need to do. You should assign separate FX-channels to each instrument in your project. You only use Master, and not only does it limit you mixing opportunities, you can also have artefacts.
