Sounds like you have mutes the block
Right-click the block, and from the context-menu, select unmute.

Also try my rookie-guide, link in signature

automation track says this: Beat/Bassline 0>muted
maybe i need to turn it to 1 but it turn off the sound i wish i could see you a picture of how it looks right now
