Nice track, or nice version (in the hope that you can still improve it).

The drums sound good.

Indeed, via my cheap headphones, I hear these poping noise.
If I am not mistaken, there is only one synth that is concerned?
- Sometimes this can be fixed with the volume envelope (AMT = 1), by playing with the attack (ATT> 0) when the poping noise appears at the beginning of the note, or by playing with the release (REL> 0) when the poping noise appears at the end of the note.
- Poping noise may also appear with volume automations when large differences in values ​​occur over a very short period of time (at least in LMMS 1.1.3).

Out of curiosity, is it a synth of LMMS, a VST or something else?

In case you can not remove these poping noise, the ultimate solution is to edit your track in a software like Audacity.

In Audacity:
- you import your track,
- you press play and you watch carefully the waveform of your track,
- when you hear a poping noise, you press pause,
- on the waveform, a poping noise appears like a peak of amplitude very brief, so you zoom as far as possible on this amplitude peak,
- and with the pencil tool, you reduce the amplitude of this peak, directly on the waveform (in other words, it is manual editing, sample by sample).

It is tedious but radical.

There is a synth track in the song. It is called Heavenly Strings. I added it in because at first I was trying to have it resemble the first part of the song I drew inspiration from Namco X Capcom's Brand New World. I also took time to apply the advice that you posted. It took the popping sound away, but now I kinda miss the resonance that it had. I'll come back to it and fix it again at a later time. For now, I will have to work on other aspects of the series. If I come across the inspiration of creating another song, I'll create another thread at this site.

It sounds good so far. Not bad at all.
The stopping melody effect, at the start up of the track, sounds really cool. :)

The stopping melody was, I suppose, a potential "side effect" from the holding power of the Heavenly Strings sample. It can hold a note for a long time. So I had to shorten that part in order to keep things moving. The idea behind that was to create a sense of a feeling a mystic power which is associated with the items that essential to the series.
