I try with loopbe it works.
but when I start the file sty (yamaha style) for example rock'n roll
we hear very badly the sty file

This is what you need to find out and as no one here seem to use this software, the one man band manual is the first place to start and/or their web page. If it can be run as a plain VST synth and you are on Linux or Windows then it may work.

Well. If you're lucky someone else can answer this but you haven't provided much information really.
You need to read up on both lmms and one-man-band. Plus get to know your computer sound engine.
