Yes, the LP filter works well. But by variation it can also be the progressive automation of any parameter likely to affect the timbre of one or more instruments. This may be a subtle variation of timbre or something more contrasting.

So, on the basis on this project I made something new

I have problems with making those 'exciting' choruses. Usually, I stuck always with some one idea for chords and I don't know where to move with it...
First time I use channel rack and put some reverb on percussive instruments. I don't have any sense what kind of effects I could also use to make this music more interesting without overloading it with too much instruments. I wish to add some more to percussion maybe?
I tried filter but I need to experiment more with it to get the intended effect.
Also, this track is not finished - it lacks structure in the end.
