I use the Appimage. The lastest.
LMMS was once installed through the package manager but I uninstalled it.

@ home I had to make a shortcut to the appimage file in my dock.
Lmms launch the 1.1.3 as I didnt uninstall it since I m afraid to loose my vst support( lmms full-vst installed via thr kxstudio repo) otherwise I would like to uninstall it, but so afraid to make a mistake and break my audio laptop that I dont dare....
