How to make an arrangement with a Public Domain song

I do not find any Search Area.
When I click Instrument Plugins in the Sidebar, I get a list of items (AudioFileProcessor, BitInvader, FreeBoy, Etc.).
If I click on any of the items in the Plugins , nothing happens.

No not "Instrument-plugins" Those are raw-tone-generators. The Presets in side-bar : MyPresets thats where all musical-instruments are placed.

Thank You.
The Search Box is All the way at the Bottom. That is why I did not see it.
Also, I have to Left Double Click to see the Instruments.
