VSTs Not Doing Aything

Sorry for the delay, had internet problems but its good now.

DirectX is working, but I cannot find the file you were asking for. I searched every folder, but there was no configure file anywhere.
Unfortunately the link you gave me linked me to blank text on the LMMS Wiki.
What is the exact name of the file I am supposed to find? Maybe LMMS did not create it when it installed?

In C:\Users\<Username>\ There you have a file .lmmsrc.xml

That file must be in C:\Users\<Username>\
If it is not, it could be that you have wrong rights for that folder, and that programs cant insert files. That will lead to a lot of issues, including mal-function of lmms.
Let me know if you have that file, and if you do upload it, as discussed previously
