It depends on time. Mainly it is in D locrian, but it changes during the riff because it uses a raised 3rd (F#), then again F. Then there is a short part (1:09), which is in F# minor. Then the synth part is in D minor, although uses altering notes (F#,C#,G#). Then the solo part (without a solo), uses a blues-pentatonic riff, shifting it in a D pentatonic pattern, and releasing it to an A minor (add 9). And the last acoustic part gets in C minor, which notes are the same as the D locrian.
