LMMS Crashes on start.

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
Here are the errors, (these are after me adding the xml file): http://imgur.com/a/eFnp0

Will be trying the portable version soon.

!!! What lmms version did you try to install? The config is for x32 and most important 1.1.3
Are you trying to install the PR?
That would explain a lot
I am using the 32bit download link you gave above in earlier replies.

The 1. error you show is a xml read error. I think there must be something wrong with the file you used. What program did you use to save the code?

Unfortunately our own LSP does not host XML, But here is a syntax correct real xml-file

Do scan this for vira, cause it been 'up there' ..

Try that, it should definitively not cast a syntax read error
LinusEDM wrote: The full error says:
Runtime Error! Program: C\Program Files (x86)\LMMS\lmms.exe
This, I think is your issue right here. I've installed LMMS three times on my computer, and every time it's been installed in the C/Program files. not the (x86) directory. Could you try moving it to the standard directory?
[Edit]: I moved one of my LMMS installations into the (x86) directory and it loaded without a hitch. I guess that this is NOT the issue. Don't mind me
[Another Edit]: I also downloaded from the link musikbear provided. No issues with that one either. Hrmmmm.....

Here i need to ask, do you mean you tried the XML-file i linked to, or are you just referring to our default DL page.
With the file you sent me i got a different error

You're just confusing things here....it's the 64 bit version that loads in C:/ProgramFiles. By default the 32 bit version, which the OP says he's using, loads and runs from C:/Program Files (x86) and it always has done.

DL page. Apparently I am of no use here though.

notepad++ should be just fine, but with the file i linked to, you should not open that in anything, just paste it in C:\Users\Username\

-But im sure you also did just that, so its really weird..
I am running out of tricks, except that notOursFile, witch im not so keen on linking to here, so you may get an IM :p
